Default 1994 LHS Transmission Seal

My 1994 LHS went into the transmission shop because antifreeze leaked into the trans oil cooler. The trans was rebuilt and worked fine for a brief time but then the front seal on the trans blew out. They fixed the seal and the second seal also blew out. Does anyone have a trick or tip to help them get it right on the third try? Thanks in advance.

Many potential causes that I would guess a trans shop would investigate. A few that come to mind…..
Vents and Vent Tubes
Engine crank shaft endplay.
Proper Torque Converter seating & End play
Seal surfaces both bore and shaft.

Suggest using an OEM/Mopar seal. Had a '97 intrepid with the 3.5l. Cam seal started leaking. Shop replaced with aftermarket which immediately pushed out. After 2 attempts with aftermarket, used OEM/Mopar and seal stayed in place.
