Default 1996 New Yorker issues

Hi I am new to this site but i have seen a lot so far .. But i will get into my issue.

I own a 1996 New Yorker With on 90+k miles ..

Right now i just had the spark plugs replaced...Air filter and battery and oil changed ...

But Now there is a slight tapping in the front of the car... I know an engine knocking can be serious.. but i dont think that the case here. Before i had the oil changed .. i thought the car was about ready to give .. because it was seriously knocking hard.. But after the oil change .. Its gone away ..but as i stated .. there seems to be a slight tapping noise.. like something is stuck or touching the fan.. Only gets loud with some acceration.... and Just had it coded from A.Z
and it came up p0403.. EGR system fault. ..

I know my car.. its not on death's door yet.. i refuse to believe that.. its never made that sound before .... and i have taken good care of it to this point... Any ideas out there .. Much thanx for reading .

Default EGR Valve

Well I did some Researching.. since no shop mechanic would even touch my car ... I am trying to fix my EGR Valve.. since that where i was told my main problem might be anyway. Now My only Problem is Trying to locate exactly where it is in my car. Once Again I Have 1996 Chrysler New Yorker.... Any assistance would be helpful
