Default abs/trc problem

Hi!

I have a problem with abs/trc.
The OBDII reader shows abs/trc sensor problem.
The check lamps show there is a problem, and abs/trc doesn't work,
but when I start moving with the car immediately after turning the key,
then the check lamps switch off, and the abs/trc works.
Do I need to replace the sensor?

Regards,
qqcs

Don't know the code.
I was just told that it's a left front sensor problem.
Unfortunately not all services here can read the codes because of incompatibility.

Well...unfortunately ....You will need to go to a "PAY SERVICE" for a code read.

PArts stores offer free scans so they can sell more parts.......

Would you buy your meat from the plumber??? Or let the butcher fix your leaky toilet......Of course not....So why are you letting a "Salesman" fix your car?????

Just a thought...But if the lights go out when the car is "MOVING".......It is unlikely to be a sensor issue.

This is the reason I wrote the question.

I did not want to discuss the level of the services.

Probably they did not think I want to know the code.
I would ask them for the code, but that service is far from me,
and the services near have compatibility problem.

I've asked the question on hungarian forums as well.
And well.... I've got good answers withe the typical failure possibilities and how to check it. They are long so I don't translate them but if some wants then I can put here an automatic translation.
