Default EGR Valve location

Hey everyone, first post here and I have a question , I just picked up an 97 Chrysler Concorde LSI has a 3.5L in it and I was wondering where the egr valve is located, I looked around a bit but didn't want to start messing with anything until I was for sure I was looking in the right area. The reason I am looking for the egr is because I have a P0403 code and wanted to replace the egr, would a faulty egr give me a rough idle at stop signs and the like? It runs really good other wise. Any input would be really helpful, thanks.

on the side of the engine look at where the coil pack is at right next to it.
