Trouble Code Help
Hello everyone. I'm a newbie to the board. I have a question that I can't find any help for. I have a 95 Chrysler LHS, and the car has died on me and I can't get it started again. It's got about 100K miles on it, the timing belt was replaced last year, and just all of a sudden, it died on my way to work the other day. I used the paper clip trick, and pulled the codes, and this is what I got: 21-oxygen sensor circuit, 54-no cam position signal, 55-completion of fault code display, 77-speed control relay. Now, I have a feeling the cam position sensor is shot, and could possibly be causing the others to malfunction, but I'm not absolutely positive. Any help or direction is very much appreciated. Thank you in advance. Chris

the car will refuse to run if the cam sensor is faulty.. i've seen it with other cars and the crankshaft sensor.
my 2000 concorde wouldnt start when the cam sensor was bad, the engine was also sluggish and hesitating just before the cam sensor went out.
oxygen sensor circuit isnt specific enough.. but chances are, one of the oxygen sensors is worn out.
speed control relay - i have no idea what that is.
could be a 'speed sensor' or it could be something to do with cruise control.
speed sensors screw into the transmission and are really easy to change.. helped my lebaron see new light faster than changing the spark plugs.!
