You've should have two fuse panels. One under the hood and a second one accessible from the end of the driver's side dash. Have you checked for blown fuses?

I have found and solved the problem. It was a wire between the door and the frame that shorted out and blew a fuse under the hood. Hard to imagine that all that trouble was caused by just one blown fuse and that fuse was blown by a lightly scraped wire. That is the way of electrical wiring though and that is what a fuse is for. Thanks for reading.
