Default 02 conv limited 2.7 no start... rebuilt engine

I rebuilt the engine top to bottom. New crank, timing, rings, oil & water pump, ect. ect. ect. I inspected all new parts to old parts to verify they were exactly the same. The car has been down 4 months with battery disconnected. All sensors are the same, but tried a new Cam Pos Sen when it would not start. My scanner has no trouble codes. I am getting spark, but the injectors do not seem to be opening (Plugs are dry no matter how long turning over). I am getting fuel to the injectors. Is there something with the anti-theft causing this? I am at a loss... So are several mechanics I know. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

ok...I am on my knees bowing to you!!!! So, now that it started, I am looking at getting a cam gear directly from Chrysler and changing it?!? Am I assuming correctly? The old (factory) gear is pretty worn. Also, is it possible to run and drive it for a day with the cps unplugged to break in the new motor?

And again.... I BOW TO YOU!!!!

I don't know much , but i never heard of anti theft devices disabling anything othet than ignition.

if it were me i would start it using Ether works best with two people one cranking the othergiving it a good spray into the intake alum throttle body (or mixer whatever it's called), i have done this before without any sensor damage.you need a good healthy spray as it's cranked,,,if it fires up and runs you ABSOLUTELY know it's a fuel related issue. not timing or spark or any other disabling system.

Well... You were right on the money CHRYSLER TECH. I swapped out the cam gear with one from chrysler... The cut-outs were wrong on the aftermarket gear. Its on the road and loving it! Thanks again!
