04 Sebring Convertable Top ???????

If your cylinders are leaking, the damage is already done. Sure, you can make it a manual top, just unlatch and pull it back to open and pull it up to close. It is a bit awkward to close, just be careful you don't pinch yourself with the roof frame. I operated mine this way for about 6 months. I just installed new cylinders on Friday, bought them from Hydro-e-lectric for 140 each. The job isn't hard to do, once you get the back seat and interior trim panels off. Removing the seat and panels is not difficult either.

Is it a pump leak or lift?? Lifts are not so terribly hard to change out. I just found a complete working top in a salvage area. I purchased the pump, lines and cylinders intact. Likewise I have found the cylinders for 100 plus change if I need them. You can search EBAY and Amazon for others. Manual top operation may get to be a bit cumbersome. Just my opinion
