Default 1996 Sebring JXi smoking

My 96 JXI has 97k and runs great. However, I have noticed that when the car has been idling for about 5-10 mins that I start to get some smoke out of the exhaust. This appears to be a blueish smoke like oil was burning, but this smells nothing like oil or fuel. The car never smokes while driving and never smokes after it has been off. I thought it was maybe a valve seal, but this only happens when idling for a while. It smells awful almost like a chemical smell. Any ideas what this might be?

I replaced the PCV valve and the old one seemed heavy and the moving part inside seemed to move slowly. The new one was lighter and the moving part inside moved freely. All that said, the car still smokes a terrible smelling smoke after idling for about 5-10 minutes.
Any other ideas?

With the key turning method, I only get the 55 code.
