Default 1999 2.5 engine will not start very cold

Can't hear fuel pump run.
I sprayed starting fluid down throttle body & it started just fine.yesterday when car was still warm. ButNOTtoday at -10F below cold engine.

1/2 tank of fuel, added 2 bolltes of isopropal alcahol. after 3 hrs no diff
still can't hear fule pump run
Swapped 2 different relays related to the fuel pump. to another like car, no diff.
hit bottom of fuel tank rubber maller while cranking, still no fuel pump sound.

I am hoping it's a frozen fuel line, but dreading that it's a bad fuel pump mainly CUZ can't hear it run at all.

back ground info
has 120,000 miles. Started in a 30 degree garage. Drove25 miles, parked outside -10 F.8 hrs laterdrove 3 miles (parked and 20 minutes later)it startered but barely ran at 400 rpm spit & sputttered tried to runif i gave it gas it died. did this6 times then fianlly no start.

No prior issuse at all.

I trieda fuse (in engine fuse box) 20 amp realted to start/crank etc and it's OKif removed it won't crank over at all.
