Default 2001 sebring speaker questions.

so im looking to replace the speakers in my 2001 sebring 4dr LXi. as far as i know, the rear deck speakers are 6x9 and the door are 6x9 as well. the dash tweeters are 3.5's. i have the speakers all picked out but i looked at my car the other day and tried to take the rear deck carpet cover off and hit a snag. i opened the truck and those little black pegs are no problem but from the back seat with the seats flipped down there is a round piece of plastic in the middle, about there the neck of the middle passenger would be. i didnt mess with it because i didnt want to break anything. anyone know how to get the rear carpet off. and im assuming to replace the door speakers i unscrew the screws at the bottom of the door(only screws i can find) and go from there, im sure there will be pegs and tabs. and for the dash tweeters they should just pry right out...i will figure those out but im more concerned with the rear speakers. anyone have help?

I am having speaker issues and a window problem, just wanted to let you know that there is an insulator piece behind the door skin that is a real pain to take off.

What kind of speakers are you installing? Also any thoughts as to why I would have one speaker on each side and opposite corners working?

Thanks
Tim
