A "NEW" Crank sensor has a piece of cardboard glued to the end, so thatwhen you install it, the tone ring rips the cardboard, Producing the proper gap. there's a "SLOT" in the crank sensor mounting hole, so you can adjust the gap...Try pulling up on it slightly.

Is it Possible that you "Nicked " the tonering slipping the motor in???

I guess thats possible but if i nicked it it was very tiny. It was a pretty smooth install. As for the gap - I put a small copper washer under the mounting bolt - still nothing

okay, so I put it all back together and it will run roughly with the cam sensor unplugged. I'm assuming it has the rong tonerings? What can I do? Can I just hunt down a pcm or ?..... what are my options?

That 1391 code is telling you that your tone ring may not be installed properly.
The 0700 code is a generic code telling you that there are additional codes stored related to the transmission, you'll need a better scanner to get those.
1193 is related to your intake air temp sensor.
0355 and 0366 are saying there's a problem on the primary side of the coils for cylinders 5 & 6
0340: No cam position sensor signal at the computer.

Sounds like the cam position sensor problem is still not fixed. Hope that helps.

here we go. Ive gotten rid of 4 codes now the only ones left are the trans codes and the p1391. I've looked at the new tone ring and all are in time. The chain is on the same tooth as before. It runs rough and stalls out. I'm not to concerned about the 0700 or 0725 but the p1391 is killing me. Can someone please give me some insight here? HELP!! Thank you to everyone who's been helping out. I feel like I'm close to done with this catastrophe.
