2004 sedan 2.4 DOHC timing belt advice?

Default 2004 sedan 2.4 DOHC timing belt advice?

Well, the timing belt is flapping and i can hear it slapping the timing cover, any advice on installing a new one? OEM belt?, special tools?, how hard is this to do?

04 4 door with the 2.4 DOHC motor.

By the way, what else should i consider replacing while i'm doing the timing belt? tensioner? water pump? idler? drive belt? it's got over 120K on it, don't know the history, bought it used of a lot.

water pump tensioner belt idler pulley that's pretty much it
