2007 Sebring Crank but won't start
I have a 2007 Sebring Touring 2.4 cylinder engine that will crank but won't start. Here is the list of things I've already tested and/or fixed on the car.
Any and all help is much appreciated.
- New Electronic Throttle Body
- New Crank Shaft Sensor
- New TIPM fuse box replacement
- New Spark plugs
- Fuel pump was tested (meaning i turned the key and heard the FP turn on)
- Battery was tested and working (2 years old)
- New ECU was replaced (I returned the new ECU once I knew the car was still not starting even with the new ECU)
- P0652 - PCM Low Voltage
- P0883 - Power relay for the ECU or TCM has failed
- P0700 - Tranmission Control system malfunction
- P0032 - Ho2S sensor
- U1412 - Voltage condition on injector circuit
Any and all help is much appreciated.

Time to stop firing the parts cannon.
Is there spark at the plugs? Spray some starting fluid into the intake and crank the motor. If there is spark, the motor will fire but not run. If there is fire, it points to a fuel problem; no fire points to electrical.
From the codes you show, there does seem to be an electrical issue. What is the condition of the battery and its connections, understanding it is 2 years old? It is not common, but batteries have been know to fail after 2 years. Any corrosion at the battery terminals or at the connection points under the hood will cause a low voltage condition especially when cranking the motor. Low voltage means no fire at the plugs. Yes, to get to the the battery is a bit of a PITA, but it does need to be checked.
A decent odb2 reader/scanner will allow you to monitor the system voltage. Should be 12.2 to 12.4 with the key on. The voltage will drop to around 10.5 volts when cranking the motor. Under 12 volts with or under 10 volts while cranking indicates a problem with the battery or its connections.

2007 Chrysler Sebring · Sedan 4D
I'm thinking of buying a 07 Sebring but would like some advice on if it would be a good buy. I seen a post on Facebook about a 2007 Chrysler Sebring that is being put up for the sale but the sellers posted that the car shut off going down the road and won't start again but it does turn over but just won't start. So my first question is would it be worth it to buy the vehicle and secondly what would be the main cause for it to shut off while driving down the highway?
