Question 2010 Sebring Limited 3.5L can't start

I have 2010 Sebring Limited 3.5L for about 2.5 years. It was working very well. Yesterday tried to start, no luck.
The engine starts to crank for about 20 seconds and then dies.
When the cranking starts the feeling is as if there is no gas supply.
The starter works and seems like the pistons are moving in the cylinders but the engine doesn't get the fuel to start and after 15-20 seconds the car stops cranking.
Can anyone suggest what this might be?

If you will be doing the repair yourself probably need access to scan tool/DVOM/fuel pressure gauge and wiring diagram. Without reading scan tool or making some measurements difficult to suggest anything.

Is there a check engine light on/error code? This would be a start .

It seems that issue is closed. I pressed the accelerator pedal all the way to the floor while turning the ignition key to position III, and car finally started.

Just a heads up. Accelerator to the floor clears out excess fuel in cylinders. You may have leaky injectors or abnormal fuel regulation if the problem repeats.
