New shorter fan belt.
As the person above just said, is my first choice. Use a piece of sting to around the pulleys to work out the new shorter length for your new shorter belt. Take that to the auto store and they can match the size.
Don't forget you have to allow for the tensioners travel distance. You might want to buy two belts one slight smaller and try to see if one fits. I would also see if it is possible to remove the a/c fuse. I am not sure if that will impact anything in way of fans???
