Default Body Panel Queston

I have a 2001 sebring sedan LXi and it was jacked up on a jackstand to do some tire work. In the process of taking it down, I took the jack stand out and clear from the car and then accidently kicked it over so I picked it back up and let the jack down, well I didnt move it far enough away from the car and it dented the "Sideskirt" panel that has the pinch weld. It is the panel under both doors. I tried looking up a replacement part but couldnt find anything...can anyone help me with what it is called or where I can get one? Please and thanks.

That's going to require body work...or just live with it.

It's called a "rocker panel". It's all welded in place. You might get away with some body filler ("Bondo") to fill the dent, then sand, prime, paint and clearcoat. It should be more or less inconspicuous down there, so if you take your time and study up on techniques before you start, you may be able to do it yourself and wind up with an acceptable result.
