Exclamation Changing the Spark Plugs in '03 3.0 LXi

My boyfriend just bought his son an '03 Sebring for his 16th. Unfortunately, it's badly in need of a tune-up.

Can anyone give us step-by-step instructions on how to do this? We've already bought new plugs and wires. My boyfriend's pretty good with cars, but the Sebring is a new experience. We're guessing that we need to remove the cover (think it's called the plenum), but how does he go about that? How many bolts are we looking at removing? Any special instructions once we're in there?

Please feel free to be detailed if you have the time

Thank you!

If its 3 l engine then its a V6? And the air collector blocks 3 spark plugs? The other 3 are under the spark plugs. Well, if he's good with cars then he should easily remove the air collector. I don't remember but maybe it will need a new gasket... Well, that shouldn't be hard, just don't hurry and think.
