Coolant Going Down

RE: Coolant Going Down
If you don't have any obvious puddles in the driveway or coolant in the oil when you check the oil level, then you've probably got a leak that only happens when the cooling system is under pressure. There are tools to test for this without the engine running. It will pressurize the cooling system with a hand pump and any leaks will show up where you can see them.

Ya, the oil color is normal, but under the cap is a tan residue, which the dealer said is normal condensation... Thats what im hoping, they say its from short trips. The coolant only goes down when driving and there are not puddles under the car when parked.

If it is only going down when the car is driven, then you need to see if you can get a cooling system pressure test done. When I had a similar issue, this test pressurized the cooling system to 15 psi without the engine running or having to heat it. Since it only leaked under pressure, the leak was really easy to find. Just look for the coolant stream.
