Engine dies after short stop
Hello. I drive a 1996 Sebring Convertible over here in Sweden and I have a problem. After having driven the car for let's say 20 minutes or more and making a short stop for like 10 minutes, starting up the car usually works fine but after just rolling a few yards the engine dies and the Check Engine light comes on. After this it can be tricky to start and it runs bad for a while but then returns to running fine again. The spark plugs, distributor cap & rotor, EGR valve and air filter were replaced not long ago. Any ideas on what can cause this?

Hello again. I have now used a OBD2 scanner and the code I get is P0106 MAP/BARO Circuit CKT Range/Performance. Will replacing the MAP Sensor cure this or could it be something else, you think?
Very grateful for replies as I wanna get my beloved car back on the road as soon as possible.
Kind regards from Sweden!

Codes related to sensors usually mean the sensor needs to be replaced, but it could also be a fault with the wiring. Check the wiring first, looking for a broken or shorted wire or a bad connector, either dirty or broken. If the wiring looks good, try replacing the sensor. Hopefully, that will do it.
