Default hard gas pedal new owner of a 95 sebring

i am new to the sebring . i just bought a 1995 sebring lxi . this is really nice car but it does have a few problems .
one problem is that the gas pedal seems really hard to push or it could be because i am use to my merkur. is it just that chryslers are like that. i remember when i was looking at a dodge charger a few years ago it seemed to be that way as well.
the second problem is that my anti-lock brake is on and doesn't go out. is this something i should be worried about . it stops fine. when the engine is cold is like skips or has a miss. passengerside door outside lock fell in and will not open from the outside.
other then that it doesn't seem to bad. my headlights are cloudy will the avenger headlights fit?
thanks frank

Manually work your throttle boby by hand and see if it sticks there. The inside of the throttle body may be gummed up. The antilock brakes have a problem somewhere, usually its a sensor at the wheel hubs, however brake problems are not something to ignore. With the miss, start with plugs, plug wires, and distributer cap.

thanks . i will be checking the throttle body this weekend as long the anti-brakes. does anybody know if the fuse is good in the power locks but no clicking in the locks could it be the relay. if it is where is it at? i can hear the relay for the alarm trying to lock it but .
