Default Leak from water outlet housing

Sebring 04 2.7L , leak from outlet housing, around the 2 upper bolts ONLY .. leak is about 200ml daily only when engine is running.

Is it servicable? is there any gasket can be replaced or made by gasket maker ?

ideas please ...

Replace it. Search Autozone or Advance Auto parts for a replacement. Seach the forum here for "how-to".

Here's the part. As for shipping internationally, you'll have to ask them:

Thanks, they don't ship overseas. I also have a problem, I bought a Dayco belt pulley for my 2.7L engine and it didn't fit... the plastic frame touchs the steel. if you know other website, please advise.

Sorry, no clue about that pulley. Check back with your source for the pulley.

As for the coolant outlet manifold, try Rock Auto Parts, on line. When you search, look in the category of "engine", not "cooling system".

Here's a link: http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=1058926

They quote prices in Euros and many other currencies, so I assume they will ship almost anywhere.

I just have noticed other leaks from another 3 places !!!
radiator, thermostate housing and from two places on a metal hose ( from coolant reservoir to heater core ) ..

Question #1 : what could cause such leaks ?
#2 : How to detect water leak from water pump and is there any preventive maintenance ?
