Default My sebring lx 2002 does not turn on.

I have a chrysler sebring lx 2002. I repaired the cylinder head and after this job was finished the car does not turn on. Current electric reaches to the spark plug but immediately cut off. The only Thing outside the common in the repair has been that the mechanic cut the cable of the sensor of oxygen exhaust they heated to take it off and then placed him having soldier cut cables. Someone help me to get an idea what may be.

Thank you for your answer.
the cooling system failed and the car heated three times bouncing all the water through the coolant deposit. The mechanic changed the radiator, but the same. The mechanic who did the repair , diagnosis ttat the cylinder head and the gasket, were deformed by the excessive heat. Specialized shop confirmed this fact. The cylinder head was straightened with heat and then was resurfaced at the minimum by the specialized shop. Pump water and radiator cover were changed and reinstated the head of cylinders with new gasket.
All work was made disconnecting the battery of the car. The car was approximately 10 days without battery. Once installed everything, it does not turn on. Sounds as if it were turn on but it becomes almost immediately as if the battery is low... In a first intent turning over it des fired up but without exit.. the spark has electricity but does not start, almost immediately the spark cut off.

When they did the water pump was also replaced the thermostat and the refrigerant, nothing else.
The mechanic scanned my car and appeared a Code refered to cranckshaft position sensor. When this sensor feil, is this a cause why the car does not turn on?

You are right it was the camshaft position sensor. It was replaced and now the car turn on, but the engine idles is irregular, it seems like to much gas was burned. the parks are black. HELP ME.
