Default Need help with check engine codes

Well i have got a 2001 chrysler sebring lxi with the 3.0 engine and have just hsd some codes pop up on it. I took the code reader out to it and ended up getting a code po421 and po455. I know that one is a vacuum leak and not real sure on the other. Was hoping someone could help me out with figuring out how to fix this.

Thanks,
Ben

421 is a cat converter issue

Does that mean I need to get a new cat or is it something else.

Slim possibility that if you changed on o2 sensor very recently, it could be throwing off the readings. If that's the case, change the other sensor on that side. If you haven't changed an o2 sensor, then it's probably the cat.

The P0455 could just be the gas cap not being on. Or it could be something worse with the evap system.

When shopping for parts, be sure to specify that it's a coupe. Sedan/convertible parts won't fit.
