How many o2 sensors are there on the 1999 Sebring lxi coupe. And where are they located?

O2 sensors are always located before and after the cataytic converter(s). Trace the exhaust flow from the engine through the catalytic converter(s) and you will be able to find the O2 sensors.

You may need to remove a heat shield to get to the upstream sensors, which are located in the exhaust manifolds just ahead of the catalytic converters.
