Default P0160 help please

I was driving about 50 miles an hour going around the turn and all of a sudden my check engine light comes on. Ran the code and it came up with this O2 sensor. It says " O2 sensor circuit no activity detected bank 2 sensor 2". I replace the starter a few days ago but the code just popped up today so I don't think that has anything to do with it, I unplugged it and plug it back in and have yet to drive it but I cleared the code. Any suggestions?

It's a 2001 Sebring LXi sedan 2.7l. I unplugged and plugged in the bank 2 connector and cleared the code. Check engine light is off and didn't come back on when I drove to work, it was a 15 minute drive with a 45mph max
