Default power steering problems overflow reservoir...

I have a 1998 chrysler sebring with the 2.5 v6. It had a power steering leak. Took it to a local guy he put a new rack in. Then I drive it and bout 4th time driving it lose power steering slowly it is overflowing out of the reservoir. I take it back. He said its probably your pump because you ran it dry. He put one in. Drove it. Did the same thing. Took it back. He says ill warrenty the rack maybe its bad. He put it in. Drove it did it again. Take it back then he bleeds the system by turning thebcar over with the plugwires out andturning it back and forth to bleed the system. Drive it still doing it. He now just blew out the lines the make sure nothing was blocking them. And he says it is still doing it. Im outvof patience and time with this guy any thoughts please help

1. Find a competent mechanic.
2. Get the car fixed properly.
3. Find a competent lawyer.
