transmission making funny noise when cold
Last winter I noticed the tranny was slipping a little when starting in the extreme cold, so I put a little fluid in it, and the slipping went away but thats when the tranny starting making the funny noise
now when I start my car I hear a weird noise coming from the tranny, when I shift to neutral the noise goes away, and when I warm the car up or drive it a little the noise goes away and it sounds fine.
checking the fluid seems to be a bitch on these cars cause I can't seem to get a accurate reading on the dipstick, when the car is running and I check the tranny fluid the fluid is splashed all over the dipstick.
any ideas or anyone have the same problems
my car is a 2006 2.7L
