Default What is this part called?

Hey, I am new to this forum so hi! Also i just bought a used 2003 Chrysler Sebring LXi Coupe. and it is missing something on the dashboard. I was just wondering how much does this part cost and where can i get it. Picture below: Thanks!

Visit your local Chrysler dealer and stop in at the parts counter to talk with the counterman. Bring your VIN. He can answer your question and quote you the cost of a replacement part. If you believe that it's too expensive, go on line or to your local salvage yard to see if you can get a better deal.

Just curious,what is that cutout for?I don't remember seeing that before.Is it to get access to bolts?
