Ok,this is what I got from code reading,
Troubleshooting P0601
Definition
aaECM internal fault
Explanation
aaECM unable to communicate on SPI line
Probable cause
aa1.-Shorted input sensor
aa2.-Shorted electrical circuit
aa3.-Failed ECM
Troubleshooting P0420
Definition
aaCatalyst efficiency low-bank 1
Explanation
The oxygen sensors monitor the Catalytic Converters
ability to store oxygen.
Probable cause
1.Catalytic converter defective (failure
possibly due to #2,3,or 4)
2.Engine misfire or running condition
3.larg vacuum leak
4.engine oil leakage into exhaust-valve guide
I checked for vacuum leaks but most of it has nothing to do with spark, the car ran fine before I decided to change the plugs and fix the oil leaking into spark-plug holes, the ECM
sounds Scary

ECM replacement is not that bad but it's not cheap. Search on line. For about $200, you send them your VIN and mileage and they send you a rebuilt computer that pretty much plugs in. I did it for my 2001 when I got the dreaded 601 code and the problem was gone.
Replacement of the catalytic converter is much worse.
