Hi All,

I'm a newbie and this is my first post. I just bought an '01 LX convertible and I'm in the process of beginning to learn what makes these beauties tick. I have already learned a bunch of stuff just reading the other posts. The wiper blades need to be replaced and I'm getting conflicting information as to the sizes. Some sources call for 24" on the driver side and 22" on the passenger side. Some call for 22" for both while yet another calls for 22" driver side and 21" passenger side. The kicker is that the blades on the car now are both 21". Then there is a distinction between coupes, sedans and convertibles. Can some please lead me in the right direction? Unfortunately, I haven't had time to order a shop manual which I hope spells it out. Thanks for any help!

if i am correct its 19 on the driver side and 18 on the passenger side cause i also own an 01 sebring lx convertible as well as an 06 mazda 3

 

18" and 19", now i'm really confused???? Can there be that many different sizes used? BTW, thanks for the reply and have a great week!

 

they sizes that the parts stores tell you are the sizes for the coupe and the 4 door not for the convertible. i found that out when i went to replace them myslef instead of having my buddy pick them up for me. the best thing to do is get a tape measurer and measure the size when you go to the store to get them. if you need any more help feel free to send me a pesronal message or im me my sn is in my profile.
