2005 Crank, No Start, Fuel in oil,

2005 Crank, No Start, Fuel in oil,
Car died while driving.Was pulling up a hill, Engine was struggling and began to lose power. Than died. Won't start. Will crank. Fuel is entering the crank case, visible on dipstick. What might cause this?
