Default 2015 300, Died while driving, lights and wipers on

1 hour after having carstar change a front bumper. My car shuts down on the highway, goes to neutral, dash lights and wipers come on. We get it towed to carstar where they deny any role in the problem. Get it towed home to diagnose as best I can. When it gets home there is no power to anything. I charge the battery because it has been running wipers and shift modules all night. Once connected the same issues arise. Obd2 scanner has multiple codes all related to sensors and wiring. I disconnect the shift modules and press a cabin light and everything lights up, malfunctioning but lit. I can then run the car however it says it is in drive when it is not, when I reconnect the shifter it either continues to malfunction or shuts the car down. Also pulling the manual park release causes the car to shut down. I am at a loss for causes other than a short that could have fried the computer. If anyone has any ideas, it would be greatly beneficial. I have uploaded a video to youtube showing what is happening.

I just posted something on behalf of a family member who seems to be having similar issues (after a minor front-end bump) - hopefully someone can help us solve this mystery.

I would suggest crawling under the bumper that was replaced and check for pinched wires, look from above also.
Check the bulbs if any were replaced. The wrong bulb could cause a short, and since all lights are controlled by the computer, it could cause issues.
You flip a switch, it tells the computer, and the computer then turns on what it has been told to do.

Actually, pretty much the whole car is controlled by the computer system
The drivers are generally controlled by aliens, though.
