Go to www.lemonlawamerica.com Select your state. Talk to the recommended lemon law attorney for your. If there is nothing they can do under state law they may be able to under federal law. It is my understanding that there is no cost to you win or lose.

RE: 300c 2005 ESP/BAS Problem
in the center console is the ESP module... it's a computer that controls the yaw and pitch of the car.. it is directly behind the cup holders, but you have to remove the entire console to get to it.
I was having a similar problem and discovered that the DIN plug was not secure, haven't had the problem since I unpluged it, repluged it and taped the plug closed.

RE: 300C 2005 ESP/BAS Problem
I have a 2006 300C and have the same problem with the ABS/ESP disengaging (lights come on).Taken to the dealership four times and they haven't been able to find the problem to fix it or theyjust don't know how to fix it.The problem started when the car had about 5000 miles, it has 10300 miles now. Dropped it off yesterday and they ran into a code that has to do with a brake light switch. Doubt this will be the cause, but you never know. I have contacted Chrysler Headquarters and they keep telling me that they have forwarded the case to the dealership for the "right people" to get involved. Haven't received not one call, email or letter from any of the "right people" I contacted a lawyer that deals with Lemon Law to see if I can get this resolved any faster.I'm very disappointed with Chrysler to this point and just want my car fixed or a new car.

anyone have my problem? i bought my car april 09. 6 mos after i bought it i noticed the ESP/BAS light came on, within seconds the electronic throttle control light came on and within minutes the car stalled out. since that point if u drive the car past 45-50mph that scenario takes place. i have done everything i can think of i have had the whole engine thoroughly cleaned, i have replaced many parts to no avail. most recently i gave in and had the computer replaced. well now the car hasn't stalled out (its been about 3 days) but the car is still having some pretty bad electrical problems. none of the electrical systems (except the emergency flashers) work unless the engine is running. not my headlights, no interior lights no power windows or locks. and on top of that the radio doesnt shut off when u turn the car off and open the door, it continues to play sometimes for upwards of 2 minutes before it shuts off. i hae barely owned this car for one year and for the last 6 mos i cant drive it. i called chrysler corporate and they couldn't help me, i called the lemon laws attourneys and they cant help me. Can anyone at all help me?
