See the links I posted in this thread for links to my Build Sequence for Heritage Editions over at 300Cforums.com. I also ahve the same list posted in LXforums.com. So far, almost 50 owners (or leasees) have registered into the list... but there are far more owners and vehicles unidentified.

For 2006, the only colors available for the Heritage Editions were Inferno Red (the majority), Brilliant Black and Cool Vanilla (a color discontinued on regular 300Cs for 2006).

As for the number produced. No one knows although supposedly it is 4000-5000. The cars are NOT numbers as far as I can tell, and the build sequence (in terms of the date of Mfr) does not correspond sequencially with the VIN of the vehicles... thus my effort to build the list.

Rumor has it that there will be another Heritiage Edition run for 2007 in at least some different colors. That is kind of sad because it reduces the distinctiveness and uniqueness of these marvelour cars. But such is the automotive business. Our job is to keep them as pristine as possible, while enjoying them immensely!

Good luck in your search...
