2006 300 touring passenger door intermittantly won't unlock with either door button or the remote.

I have not been able to locate a door lock actuator with web searches. Is it a dealer item only?

At my job we make door lock actuators but not for this vehicle.

Anyone know if its a dealer only item and how hard it is to get to to replace?
