Default Replacement factory radio cause no buss error

I purchased a used factory radio for my 2010 300 and it causes a no bus error on the dash. I did a lot of research to make sure the radio i was getting was compatible with the bus. Do i need to take it to the delaer to get it programmed for my VIN? The part number of the radio i bought is PART # 05064920AG
