2008 Aspen R.S. Striker Plate
Bought a used 2008 Aspen with very low miles.
The only thing that did not work was the remote start, after some research I figured out the plate above the hood plunger switch is missing. If I hold down the button it starts with the remote.
My question is what the part number is or the proper name of the part is?

Here you go. I believe the "Left" is the drivers side and the "Right" is the passenger side. The passenger side one is only required for Hybrids.
*** Please note *** - I was helping someone else find this exact part number a little while back for their Hybrid and I found that these have been discontinued and I could not find them anywhere online. However, I did confirm it is the exact same part number as used on the Durango's. So you may want to try and hit up a junk yard and look for 07-09 Durango's since these are more readily available to try and pull one from.

Thank you.
Yeah everyplace I checked it says discontinued.
So here is my temp fix, an appliance foot fit right in the hole and it's adjustable, then a rubber foot for a chair. Total cost about $2.00.00
