New Aspen owner
Hello all.....
New member and new owner.
On Thursday I bought a 2007 Chrysler Aspen with 7450 miles on it. (Not a mistake 7450 real miles on it)
I had a very custom stereo in my Ford F150 but don't really want to get crazy with this vehicle, however, I have the basic 2 **** mp3/satellite radio. I would like Nav/Bluetooth. Is there a way to put the 08 radio in this vehicle?
I'd like to go the pioneer route but I don't feel like spending 1200 at this point.
Guidance would be very helpful. Also anything with this vehicle I should be aware of? Issues, complaints?
Thanks,
Michael

First, congrats on finding one with mileage that low!
Second, one of the first things you'll probably want to do is put some decent shocks in it - the oem shocks are, how shall I say this - crap. If you feel like you're doing an inordinate amount of bouncing and swaying (and leaning in curves), that's not your imagination. The vehicle has shocks that are probably the result of Daimler "cost cutting." Thankfully, they're one thing that is relatively easy to replace with something better. Good info here:

I bought a 2008 in April with about 26,000 miles on it. Welcome to the club!

Thanks....
Thanks Moparmeister.....
So far I am ok with the flatness. I have a 6 week old little girl that will sometimes ride in it and wanted to get away from the f150 head bobble LOL
Still trying to find out about putting the nav in mine but not getting that answered.

Pictures
Here are some pictures.
Still trying to figure out how to change the factory stereo. Might try to put a 2008 stereo in.
Also want to put HID lights in, just scared to melt plastic, but It seems others have done this already.
Any suggestions on these topics?
I want to get Nav. and DVD going without losing my steering wheel controls.
Any pictures of either mods/upgrades would be appreciated.
