Default Trailer running lights

My trailer running lights don't work. Flashers, brakes, and turn signals work, but the running lights are out. I checked the output to make sure nothing was wrong with the trailer and there's no output from the vehicle at the trailer harness.

Sounds like a fuse, but why (and WHERE?) would Chrysler wire up running lights on the tow package independently from the others (flashers and brakes)? I saw a fuse in the box for the tow lights, but that was it. Is there a separate fuse (10A?) for the trailer running lights???

Thanks!

Where was it located under the hood or steering wheel

I'm having thus exact same problem. I switched out the relays and a 20A fuse for tgthe tow package but still no running lights.

It would be nice to know where this 10A fuse is 😁

Multiple fuses under the hood with two boxes.

Power Distribution Center is the box closest to windshield.
Cavity 23 - 20 Amp Yellow - Trailer Tow

Integrated Power Module, second box from windshield.
Cavity 5 - Relay - Lt Trailer-Tow Stop/Turn Relay
Cavity 6 - Relay - Rt Trailer-Tow Stop/Turn Relay
Cavity 9 - 10 Amp Red - Trailer Tow Park Lamps

So looks like you are looking for a red 10 amp fuse in the second box under the hood. It will be the one closes to front of vehicle on the right when you raise the hood.

It looks like i missed the red 10A fuse for trailer park lights. This has to be the problem. I'll check the current at the 4-pin after i switch it out. It was very nerve racking to be pulling a trailer as the sun went down. At least my brake and turn signals work.

I replaced the two relays with what was already there (pic attached). I used the numbers on top to find a replacement.
