Default 04 Pacifica Fuse/Electrical Issue

I am now the owner of a 2004 Pacifica. It just so happens that I own the electrical issue that comes with it. The rear wiper wont wipe. The washer fluid sprays ok, just no wipe. It would also seem that the white reverse lights wont come on either. I did look at taking the easy way out by looking for a blown fuse. Found one blown but it turns out it was a spare. Replaced it anyway, still no luck. Anyone else with the same issue?

Hid the rear wiper motor when it turned on see if it comes back to life.

I have spent so much time thinking this problem through. Starting with looking at fuses, then poping the back hood cover off and inspecting wires for things like corrosion or frayed wiring, perhaps a wire harness that may have rattled loose. All of which resulted in nothing. The best advise I have gotten so far is "Hit it." And it worked. Who woulda thunk it. Thanks for your help with this issue.
