Default 04 Pacifica with heat only coming out of Driver Side

The problem is I am only getting heat out from the driver side of the vehicle on both the passenger side as well as the rear heat nothing but cold air comes out. Yes I am aware that the heat comes from underneath the seats of the driver and passenger front seats but cold air is coming from there as well.

The entire climate control cluster is digital and I am going off of what my wife is telling me that she has tried any and all settings to try and correct the issue because I am away from home until the end of the month on business.

Is this is a common problem in these vehicles I tried searching Google on this issue and saw it was a common problem on Jeeps, do they share the same heating system? I think it said it was a blend door issue.

Thank you in advance and if it's a simple fix please let me know cause it's 15 degrees in Ohio now and she only has the vehicle available now as I have mine and with three small children you need your heat.

Once again thank you

possible motor issue unless she is able to get on here and we can tell her what to look for she might as well take it to some one.
