Default 04 pacifica "vehicle not in park"

i have a 04 chrysler pacifica and the dash is reading vehicle not in park "memory system disabled " and it takes a couple of times to get the car started again. I had this problem before and ended up having to replace the starter, thought that fixed the problem is what they told me but now a few months latter im getting the same message on the dash . I have already disconnected the battery. Does anybody have an idea on what the problem could be and how i can get the display to go back to normal ?

No I am going to be taking it to a shop soon but the car starts the first time this happened and I was get the same MSG vehicle not in park , I had to get the starter replaced now that I'm getting the same MSG the car starts right up but just concerned that it might not one day and also would like to know why the computer thinks the car is not in park

On the driver's side front behind the forward part of the wheel, there is a little trans mount that looks like an "8". Right there beside it there is a large ground cable that sometimes pulls out of the eyelet where it's fastened with a bolt. They cause all kinds of crazy crap, mostly when the engine is torqued because the drivetrain will rock back and forth and cause the cable to sometimes make contact...sometimes lose contact.
