05 Pacifica 12 volt outlet not working

05 Pacifica 12 volt outlet not working

The 12 volt outlet that is live all the time is not working in my 05 Pacifica, does anyone know wher it is powered from? Everything else is working.

Outlets are fed from either fuse 24, 25 or 26.
