06 Pacifica only blows air through defroster

Check and clean your battery terminal and make sure they is absolutely no corrosion on the post and terminals. Then try to reset the system.
Turn on ignition switch to the on position. At the same time depress and hold the power and recirculation button on the A/C heater control for at least five second. The display will begin to flash when recalibration has begun. When the LEDs or graphics stop flashing the calibration is complete. If the flashing last longer than 20 seconds the there is a failure in the system which is beyond me.
This system is very voltage sensitive. Just a little corrosion on the battery messes with it.

There could be a few things causing this this happen, have you tried scotrvmarine's suggestion?
This would certainly be worth bringing to the attention of your local Chrysler dealer.
