07 Pac Rear Bumper

07 Pac Rear Bumper
Friday some jackass rear ended my Pac[:@]. My wife was driving it and was stopped at a light when a guy hit her. She got out and so did he and he said sorry my foot slipped off the brake. They agreed to pull across the street to a gas station to exchange info so she pulled in and he took off. She was a little shook up so she didn't get his license. Well long story short, the only visual damage was the imprint of his lense screws on the gray of the bumper, but when I looked underneath, the back stuctural part of the plastic bumper is cracked. Luckily no other damage.
My question is: Is the lower "gray" section of bumper replacable on it's own or is it molded to the upper painted part of the molding that has the backup sensors in it? If anyone has a factory manual that can check this, I would appreciate it. If I run this through insurance I'll be stuck for the first $500 deductable so if the lower part can be replace which doesn't need painting, I'll do it myself, otherwise I'll have to go through a body shop.

Thanks Moe.
It looks like 9 & 10 are attached at the hip (permanently) but if they are, why do they have separate #'s? Do you have another diagram showing 9 & 10 as separate parts? 9 is a painted part, 10 is flat gray. Do they separate and just clip together? Also, do you have a part description for those diagrams with the names. I'm interested in 9 & 10 of course but also #5. If 5 is some kind of stiffener, that may be what's cracked so I'll want to replace that if that's the case. Thanks again.

Yes they are.. I think Moe already said they were by this statement
"i stand corrected look at #10 is a part all by its self.sorry moe"
And.. this part was replaced on my car.. just the lower as the body shop put the brown tint one on instead of the dark gray when he had the rear repaired. They had to redo just item #10.
