Default #2 coil pack keeps going bad?

ive changed all the plugs and put a new #coil in the car it keeps going bad so we changed the fuse book still didnt fix the issue im stumped on what it could be the car is my mothers and she is very ill and need this car for transportation to her doctor apt but the thing just doesnt run right now any idea why it keep going bad? and after i replaced it the first time it ran strong until u got into rpm and kinda was sluggish and cutting out before that it wouldnt rev past 4k rpm idk any ideas or suggestions please thanks

what made u change the #2 coil in the first place?

sorry i never stated this but the code that was pulled from auto zone was printed out and it was the number 2 and the coil looked nasty plus when i first changed it, it was running 85% better worked for awhile then went bad again then heard the fuse boxs go bad so bought one from a junk yard and put that in and a new coil worked for awhile then back to square one id like to figure this thing out she still owes alot of money on this car and it doesnt even run good and the dealership wont do **** about the car its bull****....any clue what it could be or where to start?

what does a dealer have nething to do with it?
What year make and model is this?
What were the codes?
