2004 Chrysler Pacifica Power Window Issues

2004 Chrysler Pacifica Power Window Issues
My passenger side windows just stop working. Each time this happens, it seems to take longer to start again. I have checked the fuse and taken off the door panels. Everything look good. Any ideas before I take to the dealer and spend way too much money?
