Default 2004 Pacifica Knock Sensor, and Trans Question

Hi,
I just picked up a 2004 Pacifica. The check engine light just came on, giving me code P0325 - knock sensor. Where is the knock sensor located?

Also, I've noticed that when I'm at a stop, and I give it gas to go, it feels as if there's slack in the axles (it's difficult to describe), and it kind of lunges when it first moves. It shifts fine otherwise, it's just moving from a stop. Also, it varies in it's severity - sometimes it harder, some times it's not noticable. In some wierd way, it reminds me of when you give a vehicle gas, and suddenly release the e-brake. Anyway, is that indicative of the tranny going out? Just wanting some opinions.

Thanks in advance!

As a follow-up for future users -

The knock sensor is located underneath the intake manifold (both the upper and the lower manifold parts need to be removed). It's attached to the block between the two cylinder heads, and has a long pigtail that comes out near the thermostat housing.
