Help me please!
Hello everyone i have a question I own a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica fully loaded, I was involved in a automobile accident....Well to make a long story short I took my car to be fixed it was all rear end damage! I pick up my vehicle and notice that the rack on top of my vehicle is missing! The auto body shop rudely told me that my car never had one!! On the top of my car there is screws that are visible but no rack! I called Chrysler and they confirmed threw my vin number that i did in fact have a rack! So basically what i want to know is why would there be screws visible but have no rack! Im trying to prove that the body garage stole my rack! And the garage was not a chrysler garage!
